Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The TAS Property Representative Registration Certificate course is the minimum requirement to begin a career in real estate. Learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry including selling and marketing property, establishing landlord and buyer relationships and interpreting ethical practice and property legislation.
To be a Property Representative in Tasmania requires registration with the Property Agents Board. In order to obtain your licence to work in real estate you are required to pass an exam with the Property Agents Board. The Property Representatives Course provides the underpinning knowledge to sit this exam.
