BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed to help students plan, execute and evaluate their own work and work of a team. Students will learn to apply specialised skills, knowledge and experience in leadership and management practises for a variety of enterprises and industries.
Students will learn the ins and outs of leadership and management through initiative, judgement and accountability. Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions). OR
