The TLILIC0005 Licence to Operate a Boom-type Elevating Work Platform (Boom Length 11 Metres or More) outlines the requirements for safely using a boom-type Elevating Work Platform (EWP) of 11 metres or longer. It covers operating procedures in compliance with legal standards. Holding this licence does not automatically confer a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) for operating such equipment. A boom-type EWP includes telescopic, hinged, articulated devices, or their combinations, used to elevate personnel, equipment, and materials. Successful completion necessitates the possession of a boom-type EWP HRWL.
