The CPCCBC4014 Prepare Simple Building Sketches and Drawings outlines the skills and knowledge required to produce sketches for communicating ideas to clients or other parties. These simplified versions of architectural drawings capture design concepts, measurements, and requirements for building works. The unit is relevant to builders, tradespersons, project managers, and estimators. It does not cover complex drafting skills, but rather focuses on using specialised knowledge to complete routine and non-routine tasks while addressing predictable and unpredictable challenges.
