This course prepares you to deliver high-quality, person-centered care tailored to each individual's goals. Working as part of a collaborative group of professionals, you'll build the practical skills to help people with diverse disability support needs live independently and actively participate in their community.

Time: Every Tuesday and Thursday night 5.00pm-8.00pm & 1 x Saturday every term.
