The CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is a course designed for individuals who are interested in the Disability industry. Disability workers provide personal care and assistance for people living with a disability in nursing homes, respite, residential care facilities and disability homes.

Working in the disability industry is challenging, however, making a difference in the lives of ours vulnerable members of our society is quite rewarding.

You will learn the necessary skills required to provide care for them including physical, emotional, psychological and behavioural needs. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to gain employment in residential aged care facilities, respite centres, day programs as well as in disability homes and facilities.
