Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism (upgrade qualification)

Completed the Certificate III in Tourism SIT30116 and looking to upgrade your qualification?

This course offers you to easily upgrade your current qualification to a Certificate IV level in just six weeks. It consists of five units that will develop your skills in interpreting financial information, coaching others, managing conflict, customer service and work health and safety.

Please note: this five-unit course is only available to students who have completed the Certificate III in Tourism SIT30116.

Completion of this course will meet the entry requirements for you to continue study in the Diploma of Travel and Tourism Management.
