As a Sports coaching graduate you can help children and adults to realize their potential in a sporting discipline through the provision of instruction, advice and encouragement. Whether it be beginners or elite athlete, the coach plays an integral role in their success and development.

Coaches are responsible for planning, organising and delivering an appropriate range of sports activities and programmes for individuals and teams. Typical responsibilities include: teaching relevant skills, tactics and techniques.

This course will arm you with the skills and knowledge to teach relevant skills, tactics and techniques; to monitor and enhance performance by providing coaching, to encourage and provide constructive feedback; to identify strengths and weaknesses; to advise about health and lifestyle issues; to develop training programs and to manage sports safety.

Our delivery mode includes the flexibility of online theory content, videos, online staff support and the option of face-to-face practical training. Assessments can be customised to any sport, and can even be carried out at your club or sporting environment.
