Resident Letting Agent Licence (QLD)

Are you looking to get into the Queensland real estate industry? Do you enjoy helping people make important life decisions such as renting a unit in a residential building complex? If so, then the Residential Letting Licence QD course is the course for you.

Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll be able to manage and rent out units on behalf of both owners and body-corporates. You’ll collect rent across the building complex, conduct property inspections and operate a trust account.

However, to qualify for a Residential Letting Licence QLD, you must first complete the required course with a registered training organisation (RTO). As the industry leaders in real estate training, we take pride in our seamless Residential Letting Agent Licence Course QLD, and our focus on flexibility and efficiency. When you choose Entry Education for your real estate learnings, you’re choosing an organisation that provides after-hours support and treats you like a colleague, not a customer. In other words, you’re choosing the best.

Note that this course does not qualify you to work as a licensed real estate agent. This means you cannot sell any properties or units in the complex that you manage. You also can’t rent or sell units in any residential complex that you are not managing.

After completion, you can apply for a resident letting licence QLD with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading as a resident letting agent.
