Entry Requirements

School Leavers

• Successful completion of Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) Units 3 & 4 with a Study Score of at least 25 in English, or at least 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL); and
• Successful completion of VCE with an ATAR of 65, or its equivalent interstate/international Year 12 qualification

Mature Aged

Prospective students must have completed both the following:

• Satisfactory completion of the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (Written English);
• Satisfactory completion of the Special Tertiary Admissions Test; (Multiple Choice component)

Prospective students must also have completed at least one of the following:

• An Australian Diploma (or higher);
• A partial or full Australian Degree; or
• Have evidence of relevant employment experience with accompanying written statement by the employer(s).

International Students

• Year 12 Certificate or equivalent international qualification; and

One of the following English Language Requirements:

• An Australian Diploma
• 6.5 in IELTS (with no band less than 6.0)
• Any other equivalent assessment of English language proficiency (e.g. TOEFL, PTE); or
• Completion of an approved English foundation course

Nationally Recognised Training

This is a nationally recognised course delivered by Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). RTOs are strictly regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). This guarantees you will be studying a quality-assured and nationally recognised qualification.

Recognition of Prior Learning

RTOs are also able to offer Recognition of Prior Learning for work experience or formal qualifications you may have undertaken to shorten the time you have to study. Ask a course provider for more details during the enrolment process.
