Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals in the community, home or residential care setting who work under supervision and delegation as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, following an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason. These individuals take responsibility for own outputs within the scope of their job role and delegation. Workers have a range of factual, technical and procedural knowledge, as well as some theoretical knowledge of the concepts and practices required to provide person-centred support.
Duration
On Campus: 25 week course including 120 hours of work placement which we will organise.
Online: Up to 12 months self-paced learning and 120 hours of work placement.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Must be 17 and over
- National Police Clearance
- Minimum 2 COVID Vaccinations
- Influenza Vaccination

- WA Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the WA Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
On Campus
Certificate III in Individual Support is Fee free for eligible students under the Jobs & Skills WA funding.
The Student tuition fees are indicative only and are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. Additional fees may apply such as resource fees and other fees.
Eligibility criteria:
- Australian citizen or an Australian resident (or under appropriate Visa)
- Over 15 years of age, and completed secondary school (or otherwise have an exemption)
- Permanently reside in Western Australia
Online
$3,800 with payment plan options.
