Certificate IV in Baking
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Boost your career in baking with this mid-level course. Learn the technical skills required to be an advanced baker, pastry chef or bread baker in a commercial baking environment.
According to the Australian Government's Job Outlook service, demand for skilled bakers in Australia continues to experience moderate growth, with more than 32,000 people already employed in the industry.
Upgrade your baking skills by learning the technical, artisan and creative skills and knowledge required to produce advanced bakery and pastry products, and solve complex baking problems. You will also learn business skills including team management and customer service strategies, and develop knowledge about work health and safety legislation and regulations.
Successful completion of this course gives you the skills necessary to seek employment as a baker or artisan baker in a commercial setting.

Domestic Students
- At least 3 years work experience in a related field OR
