This Australian nationally recognised qualification is delivered under South Sydney College (SSC), RTO 45279, which operates as the same Registered Training Organisation as SkillX Academy. SSC delivers Australian nationally recognised qualifications, while SkillX Academy offers micro-credentials and skills-based programs designed to build career-ready capabilities.

Course Delivery, Structure and Commitment
Duration: 81 weeks (Flexible pacing available for intermediate and advanced learners)
Study Load: Designed for flexible, self-paced online learning with guided study materials and interactive activities. Optional trainer support is available through SkillX add-ons.

- Recorded webinars, interactive readings, and simulated workplace projects
- Written tasks, quizzes, role plays, and presentations
- Assessments include auto-graded and trainer-marked components (two attempts included)
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT):
Learners with previous study or relevant work experience may be eligible to have their existing skills recognised or receive credit for equivalent units, allowing for faster course completion.
Available Learning Support:
Learners can personalise their experience with optional SkillX add-ons such as one-on-one trainer mentoring, 24/7 AI Tutor support, and course access extensions. These services provide flexible pathways for additional feedback, real-time guidance, or extended study access.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
To enrol, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have completed Year 10 or equivalent overseas study, or demonstrate relevant vocational or workplace experience
- Domestic learners must provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI); offshore online learners (not on a student visa) are exempt
To successfully complete this course, you’ll need to:
- Have access to a computer/laptop with webcam, microphone, headset/speakers, reliable internet, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent)
- Maintain access to required technology and study resources
- Complete Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Skills (LLND) evaluation to identify any additional learning support needs
