This nationally recognised qualification is the minimum standard for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia — and is completed online with 4-week residential blocks. You’ll also require 400 hours of practical work placement to graduate. Key study streams include: understanding the Australian health system, performing clinical assessments, wound management, caring for the elderly, palliative care, diabetes knowledge, first aid, and emergency response.
