The Certificate III in Information Technology is designed for individuals starting their career in the ICT industry. This qualification reflects the role of workers who are competent across a range of informationand communications technology areas, including networking, programming, systems, web development, basic cloud computing, cyber awareness, and digital media.

Students develop a broad skill set, combining technical ability with critical thinking and customer service skills to support technologies, processes, and clients in a variety of work environments. At this level, work is carried out under supervision, providing a solid foundation forfurther study or entry-level employment in the ICT sector.
