This Project Management course has been customised to meet the needs of all builders looking to improve their skills and knowledge in applying project scope, timing, and budgets.

Through our mix of face-to-face delivery and workplace assessment, you’ll learn how to successfully apply and deliver projects in your day-to-day work environment using new and existing skills.

This course is designed to take your current skills and knowledge to the next level. Students wishing to enrol into this course must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 12 months previous experience working in a project orientated workplace and have contributed to the management of projects.
