Designed for science graduates, the Bachelor of Science (Honours) program offers the chance to undertake an independent research project in your area of interest.
Working closely with a researcher, you'll gain practical experience in designing and executing experiments or field studies, and analysing and visualising data in ways specific to your field of study.
Earth Science Major
Choose from courses about earth systems, mineral and rock analysis, and practical field mapping, or more advanced courses covering geophysics, geochemistry and subsurface modelling.
When you undertake honours, you'll be equipped to work as part of a research team in a semi-autonomous manner. You'll learn to identify key questions, plan experiments, acquire new techniques and interpret the results.
