The Stage 5 Certificate 1 in Agriculture course is an entry-level qualification aimed at individuals entering the agriculture, and conservation and ecosystem management industries. It allows individuals to develop basic skills and knowledge to prepare for work. They may undertake a range of simple tasks under close supervision.
Students successfully undertaking the 100 hour course may be eligible to achieve the Certificate I in Agriculture.
Students will need to complete 2 core units of competency and a minimum of 4 elective units of competency to a minimum of 65 indicative hours.
