Traineeship Courses
A traineeship lets you earn a wage while working towards a nationally recognised qualification, typically at the Certificate II, III, or IV level, across industries like business administration, retail, hospitality, and community services. As a trainee, you split your time between your employer and structured training with a registered training organisation (RTO), either on the job, in a classroom, or both. Traineeships are open to school leavers and existing workers and usually take between one and two years to complete.
