Certificate II in Creative Industries (Media)

This qualification will introduce students to the creative arts industry and teach them basic practical skills in camera and cinematography and vision and sound editing.

They will learn employability skills such as communication, teamwork, planning and organizing and self management.

This qualification allows learners to develop skill and knowledge to prepare for work in areas such as community television production assistant.

It is essentially a preparatory qualification that can be used as a pathway into Certificate III in Media and thereafter jobs such as camera / lighting assistant, editing assistant, production assistant.
