Certificate II in Food Processing

This qualification describes the skills and knowledge required for those who work in operational roles, under supervision, in a food processing environment. At this level, workers have the technical skills to use a limited range of machinery and/or equipment to process food and carry out routine tasks guided by established procedures.

The FBP20121 Certificate II in Food Processing targets those working within a production or production support role, for example, packaging, machine operations and bottling. This Qualification is designed for application in supervised environments where the work is predictable with some basic problem solving requirements.
