Bond’s Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying equips you to become a specialist in areas such as building legislation, technical codes, and construction standards, opening up opportunities for senior roles with major construction and development companies or for self-employment as a consultant surveyor.
Studying in our trademark small classes, you’ll be mentored by experienced practitioners with a wealth of industry contacts and our world-renowned academics.
The program has been designed in close consultation with the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS), so you can be confident that your qualification covers the most up-to-date industry regulations, requirements, and technologies.
The Graduate Diploma articulates into Bond’s Master of Building Surveying, allowing you to build your postgraduate qualifications over time, with minimum disruption to work and family commitments.
