The creative arts industry plays an important role in Australia's economy. According to the Australian Government's MySkills service, it contributes over $10 billion to the our economy and employs nearly 100,000 people. The emergence of new technologies and wide range of job prospects available mean this is an exciting industry to be a part of.
In this course you will refine your skills in musicianship and performance. You will complete intensive professional training in vocal techniques, instrumentation, ensemble, and improvisation. You will also increase your theoretical understanding of music with studies in music history, analysis, technology, and business. This program is performance based with weekly concerts and a variety of gig opportunities.
This course provides the intensive professional training required for employment in the music industry as a music arranger or sound engineer.
