Basic Scaffolding
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course aims to teach participants the skills and knowledge required to erect and dismantle a range of modular scaffolding systems to provide work platforms for construction purposes. You will be required to achieve full competency in this unit to receive a statement of attainment.
Your formal training will take five days to complete. On your first day of training, you will be provided with a Student Workbook. You will complete this workbook under the direct supervision of a Martyr Training Services Trainer and Assessor.
By the end of this course, you will be able to plan, erect, and dismantle a modular scaffolding system.
Please be advised that competency in this unit does not result in a HRWL to operate this plant.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- CPCCWHS2001 Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry
- 18 years of age
- Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Level 2 or at least a Grade 8 standard.
