Diploma of Hospitality Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course reflects the role of highly skilled senior operators who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with managerial skills and sound knowledge of industry to coordinate hospitality operations. The course is designed to establish and perform business relationships, teach how to oversee budget, assets and operational plans, support in developing and creating marketing plans and materials, provide deep understanding budgeting and management aspects of business, teach how to work efficiently in the hospitality industry. Students will gain valuable practical experience in the hotel industry and learn through experience in real workplace settings. This qualification allows for multi-skilling and for acquiring targeted skills in accommodation services, cookery, food and beverage and gaming.
