This course will arm you with the skills and knowledge to teach relevant skills, tactics and techniques; to monitor and enhance performance by providing coaching, to encourage and provide constructive feedback; to identify strengths and weaknesses; to advise about health and lifestyle issues; to develop training programs and to manage sports safety.
