SIT50122 Diploma of Travel and Tourism Management

Upgrade your career in tourism and travel with this advanced-level qualification. This course will give you the high-level communication and technical skills that you need to manage a travel agency or tour operation.

According to the Australian Government's Job Outlook service, the number of people working as travel agency managers grew very strongly over the past five years. Employers are looking for qualified candidates who provide good customer service, have strong people skills, and are well presented.

This course will give you the skills you need to manage budgets, lead and manage people, plan e-marketing strategies, and sell tourism products and services. Our teachers are industry experienced to train you in leadership, communication, finance and technology.

Successful completion of this course will qualify you to work as a tour operations or travel agency manager. It will also give you the foundation skills necessary to undertake further study in the field.
