Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This nationally recognised course (SITXFSA006) allows people to participate in safe food handling practises.
The course will provide the key skills to be a food safety supervisor. Students will learn food safety plan requirements and will be informed about the food safety laws and local regulations. All students must complete the Food Handler course first.
