Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This course is designed to equip industry professionals with the expertise to manage the legal and administrative foundations of building projects. Throughout this unit, students learn to navigate the complexities of National Construction Code (NCC) classifications—including residential Class 1 and 10 buildings as well as Type C commercial structures—by identifying and selecting the most appropriate contract for a specific project's scope.Delivery mode
