Academy of Training (AOT) establishes and develops industry credibility through effective collaboration and consultation with relevant industry stakeholders to ensure that continuous improvement activities underpin the RTO operations.
Established in 2006, our focus is on quality training outcomes through customisation of courses to suit specific target community groups’ needs through consistent consultation with community groups.
Through the years, our courses have assisted in addressing the skills shortage in the early childhood education and care industry in NSW and QLD. Participants from our courses have gained the necessary qualification to gain employment outcomes or post training in their respective industries.
