AD1 College is a registered training organisation (RTO ID: 91622), that delivers vocational training for Learners/ Job seekers wanting to break into Employment or who require mid-career retraining. Using our unique TRAIN methodology; we holistically assist our Learners with Training, Employment, Networking and Wellness. We have offices in KOgarah, southern Sdyney as well as offering E-Learning Australia wide.
Our Trainers are subject experts in Sales, Leadership, Small Business, Marketing, Restaurants, Cafes, Events and Event Management.
We are also Trainers and Assessors of current industry employees looking to up-skill and or transfer their skills to another department. We can tailor a training program for you.
We work with the philosophy to sync the needs of today's Workers ( including undertaking meaningful work, freedom of expression, independence and community involvement) with the needs of Employers (including hiring committed and loyal Workers, with a core focus on customer engagement, and who are willing to follow direction under limited supervision).
We realised that there is a meeting point where the needs of Employers and Workers can both be met and this is where an understanding from both parties of WHY the Employer is in business and WHY the Worker would want to work there and their purpose - what is it that they want to achieve.
