This qualification reflects the varied roles of individuals across different industry sectors who apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

The Certificate III in Retail qualification reflects the role of individuals who have the primary responsibility of engaging the customer, maintaining daily store operations and delivering on organisational expectations. They have sound knowledge of product and service offerings and possess a range of well-developed skills where discretion and judgement is required. They work with some independence under limited supervision. Some individuals working at this level are responsible for supervising other team members and monitoring day-to-day workplace operations.

The qualification provides a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including speciality retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants.

This qualification covers the skills and knowledge required to perform a range of skills at trade-level for those working in furniture making and those involved in the manufacture and installation of fitted furniture typically in a kitchen, bathroom and related context.

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of concreters working in concreting operations on residential and commercial projects.

This qualification provides a pathway to the primary trades in the construction industry with the exception of plumbing. Trade outcomes are predominantly achieved through an Australian Apprenticeship and this Certificate II allows for inclusion of skills suited for entry to off-site occupations, such as joinery and shopfitting as well as carpentry, bricklaying and other occupations in general construction.

This qualification provides a pathway to the primary trades in the construction industry with the exception of plumbing.

This qualification is designed to reflect the job role of entry level employees working across the entire financial services industry who perform duties relating to administrative, clerical and customer service roles in banking, credit management, insurance and retail financial services. Individuals at this level apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy and judgement and to take limited responsibility in known situations under general supervision.

The Construction Industry Safety Induction Course (White Card) is designed to provide participants with knowledge of the WHS principles and practices used on Construction sites.

Upon successful completion of this program, participants will have the necessary knowledge required to gain entry and work safely on construction sites in Australia.
