The RIICOM201E Communicate in the Workplace course equips students with the skills and knowledge required to communicate effectively within the Resources and Infrastructure Industries. Participants will learn to access, interpret, and apply relevant documentation; establish and maintain communication; use communication equipment and systems; follow safety procedures; and identify and report defaults correctly.
