This course supports participants in communicating effectively in the workplace. This training is suitable for individuals required to perform communication tasks in professional settings and applies to all industries.

Participants will learn how to plan and prepare for workplace communication equipment and systems, communicate using those systems, carry out face-to-face routine communication, and complete written documentation.
