The CPP50921 Diploma of Building Design is an advanced qualification for draftpersons and building designers. Over 18 months (full time) or 4 years (part time) you will gain the specialist skills you need to produce concepts, designs, and drawings for residential and small-scale commercial projects. This is a nationally recognised training course and your skills will be recognised all over Australia, but the course is focused on Queensland legislation. It satisfies the training requirements for the ‘Building design—low rise licence’ and ‘Building design—medium rise licence’ with the QBCC.
