Diploma of Leadership and Management

Leadership comes with responsibility for people, decisions and results. This course helps you develop the practical skills to bring those responsibilities together with greater confidence.

Whether you're an established manager, stepping into a broader role or looking to formalise your experience, you'll develop your ability to lead teams, communicate with influence, build effective workplace relationships and manage performance.

You'll also work on the business side of leadership: managing budgets and resources, turning objectives into operational plans, managing risk and supporting continuous improvement.

You’ll apply what you learn and demonstrate your skills through practical assessments, with support from experienced trainers and assessors who are also business leaders.

Study online, at your own pace, around your work and other commitments. On successful completion, you'll receive the nationally recognised BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
