Team Leaders manage small work teams and generally work alongside their subordinates. They are employed by factories, manufacturing plants, construction companies, hospitality venues, offices, laboratories, and service centres.
As a Team Leader you’ll be responsible for the daily output of your team and may be required to fill shifts when someone is sick or on holidays. You’ll provide on-the-job coaching and training, as well as complete routine paperwork and admin tasks.
