BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed to help students plan, execute and evaluate their own work and work of a team. Students will learn to apply specialised skills, knowledge and experience in leadership and management practises for a variety of enterprises and industries.
Students will learn the ins and outs of leadership and management through initiative, judgement and accountability. Students will gain fantastic communication and conceptual skills, giving them the ability to communicate with a wide range of personnel, express their ideas and respond to difficult situations in the workplace.
