The Pipe Laying Stream of the RII30920 Certificate III in Civil Construction covers a range of skills for operators in the civil construction industry. You will also learn how to work safely on a construction site.

Working in the civil construction industry you will learn to work with machinery and equipment in a range of civil construction settings. This may range from preparation work on new housing or industrial estates, to working on local roads and freeways.

In this course, you will learn how to responsibly install underground pipes on major infrastructure projects, gain an understanding of using mixed materials to facilitate stormwater, sewerage and water-supply.

Founded in 2005, CWBTS offers nationally accredited qualifications for the building and construction industry. These include trades training through the apprenticeship and traineeship models as well as higher level training with building and construction and work health and safety.
