KAL Training offers the CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services which reflects the role of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, coordinating and/or delivering of services catered to individuals, groups and communities. This comprehensive course is designed by professionals in accordance with industry needs and demands where you will learn and be equipped with the right strategies and skills to assist, advise, nurture and promote an individual’s well-being. At this level, workers possess specialised skills in community services and work autonomously under broad directions from senior management. Workers may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers and/or case management; program coordination or the development of new business opportunities.
