With the successful completion of this qualification, you will have developed skills and knowledge to work as a senior manager or an executive manager who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development.

Throughout the course, you will develop skills to generate and evaluate complex ideas to be able to analyse organisational systems and practices, plan and implement strategic transformation, lead research activities and other tasks related to organisational capacity building.
