The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is for students wanting careers as managers who improve organisational learning, and the quality of training and assessment products and services. Students learn how to evaluate their organisation’s approach to learning and workplace training, then drive organisational change to align staff development and training into the overall strategic plan for the business. While there are no entry requirements for this qualification, to successfully complete the course students will need management experience and training in a learning or educational environment.
