Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management covers the knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Graduates at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Australian Massage and Beauty Institute (AMBI) is a subsidiary of Nartel Enterprises Pty. Ltd., which was established in 2007 in Sydney, Australia by Ms Kacey Letran. With more than a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Ms Letran was able to fast-track her company’s growth. Today, Nartel Enterprises Pty. Ltd. operates in twelve centres all over New South Wales including a centre in Vietnam.
