With a focus on the physiotherapist-client relationship, this course is highly practical in its orientation and provides graduates job ready skills to have them highly employable on graduation from our accredited program.

Entry Requirements (Year 12)
For admission to this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in any English.
- Units 1 and 2: satisfactory completion in any Mathematics or of any Science units
- Units 3 and 4: satisfactory completion in any Mathematics or of any Science units
This course considers the ATAR as part of its selection process. It has a guaranteed ATAR for eligible applicants who meet the program prerequisites and any 'Essential Requirements for Admissions'.
Guaranteed ATAR
This program has a guaranteed ATAR. If you meet the program prerequisites and any 'Essential Requirements for Admissions', you will be guaranteed a place in this program with the specified ATAR. The adjusted ATAR is used, factoring in subject adjustments and SEAS.
Subject Adjustments
A study score of 35 in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics equals 3 aggregate points per study, with an overall maximum of 5 points.
Entry Requirements (Non-Year 12)
Previous higher education studies with results at a pass level, including any 'single subjects of study'
Applicants who complete the first year of either of the following Federation University degree programs will be eligible for consideration based on performance:
- Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science
- Bachelor of Biomedical Science
Applicants with industry experience who have completed FAST and the associated discipline units with a GPA of 5.5 will be considered for entry into the PY5 degree.
Prior to commencing clinical placements students are expected to provide evidence of current immunisation status. Applicants will be required to hold a valid Working with Children (WWC) Check for the relevant state prior to undertaking professional placements as part of this course. Applicants will be required to hold a valid National Police Check for professional placements as part of this course.
