Parts interpreting covers a wide range of industry areas including light automotive, motorcycles, heavy commercial vehicles, outdoor power equipment, boat chandlery, mobile plant equipment, farm machinery, and paint and panel repair.

Throughout this course you will receive training in sales and marketing including merchandising and promotion, interacting with and building customer relations, and responding to customer enquiries and complaints. You will also learn about warehousing operations and how to select and supply automotive parts.
