The QLD CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification covers 18 units from the nationally recognised CPP41419 training package.

Upon successful completion, students will be able to apply for their Registration Certificate via QLD Office of Fair Trading.

Please note that completion of this course, plus additional units, will allow you to apply for your QLD Full Real Estate Agent Licence with the QLD Office of Fair Trading to own and operate an agency, and be the Principal and Licensee in charge.

New South Wales

The NSW Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Class 2) course is the best step to begin a career in real estate. Learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry including selling and marketing property, establishing landlord and buyer relationships and interpreting ethical practice and property legislation.

The NSW Class 2 license requires the completion of 18 units of assessment within the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Upon successful completion, students will be able to apply for their license via Fair Trading NSW.

Victoria

The VIC Agents Representative Certificate course is the minimum requirement to begin a career in real estate. Learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry including selling and marketing property, establishing landlord and buyer relationships and interpreting ethical practice and property legislation.

The VIC Certificate IV requires the completion of 18 units of the competency within the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. This is the new educational requirement, prescribed by the Business Licensing Authority, to enable students to work as an agent’s representative. Upon successful completion, students will be able to apply for their license via Consumer Affairs VIC.

Western Australia

The WA Certificate IV (unrestricted) course is the best direction to begin a career in real estate. Learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry including selling and marketing property, establishing landlord and buyer relationships and interpreting ethical practice and property legislation.

The WA (unrestricted) Cert IV requires the completion of 18 units of assessment within the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Upon successful completion, students will be able to apply for their license via Commerce WA.
