A Buyer’s Agent represents a buyer during the sale of real estate properties. You might meet with clients to determine their needs then source properties that meet their requirements. Buyer’s Agents assist clients with the negotiation process and may help with paperwork after the sale of a property. You may also be employed to bid on behalf of a client at an auction.

Buyer’s Agents should have excellent negotiation skills and a strong knowledge of real estate markets. It’s important you can understand client needs and communicate well with other real estate professionals. Buyer’s Agents should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work with people from a range of backgrounds. You may work irregular hours including weekends in this role.
