Chain of Responsibility Training (CoR Level 1)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)CoR was introduced into the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) to address Chain of Responsibility duties, impacting every part of the heavy vehicle transport supply chain. If your role within this supply chain involves scheduling, loading/unloading, packing, driving, organising, or receiving consignments (for example, as a consignor or consignee) or if you are an employer, executive officer, or prime contractor, then you have CoR obligations under the HVNL. All parties have a shared responsibility to take reasonable steps to prevent risks for all road users and to ensure public safety.
Our comprehensive and accessible CoR Level 1 training is designed to help you understand your specific level of control, influence, and responsibilities within heavy vehicle transport activities. This training aligns with nationally recognised units of competency under the Australian Qualification Framework
