If you want to become registered as a domestic builder in Victoria this course will help you get there. This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders, including selecting contractors, overseeing the work and its quality, and liaising with clients. Review risk management, apply building standards and prepare estimates and tender documents. Prior Industry experience is preferable. You will gain the knowledge to understand how to supervise planning, builders working drawings, cost estimating, legal and business studies.
