Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services enables you to work in diverse areas such as community health, employment services and disability services to make a significant difference in client’s lives. The case management specialisation gives you skills to manage, coordinate and deliver services to the clients with diverse need. This will also give you first-hand experience in assessing and reviewing information and improving service practices. The job roles include but are not limited to Case Coordinator, Case Management Supervisor, Case Worker or Case Manager, Community Care Worker, Community Services Worker, Manager Community Services, Program Coordinator, and Team Leader.
